Over the past ten years, I've learned that everyone is different. Not just in terms of their body, but especially in terms of their mindset. One person is a doomsayer, another is super positive, and yet another doubts everything. All these ways of thinking ultimately translate into results. That's why I'm convinced that achieving your goal always starts with your mindset.

Why your mindset makes a difference in results

What I've also learned: someone who always thinks negatively doesn't just change overnight with a few positive affirmations. Thought patterns are often very deep-seated. They are connected to traumas and events and are stored in your cells and in your body.

Deep thought patterns and unconscious beliefs

Did you know that we have an average of about 70,000 thoughts per day, of which only 2,000 are conscious? The rest repeat themselves again and again: yesterday, the day before yesterday, the year before. This is how we continuously create the same outcome.

It has become my mission to help people break this pattern so that it translates into a healthy mindset and lasting positive results.

Why affirmations don't always work immediately

To create new patterns, you need to be able to let go of beliefs and put your judgment "on hold" for a while. That's not easy. That's why visualizing and affirming work best while you sleep. That's when your mind shuts down, and you become open to new beliefs.

My experience with hypnosis and breaking patterns

I experienced this myself when I was hypnotized by Rasti Rostelli. I asked him to hypnotize me so that I would no longer crave wine. The first two times I remember nothing – I only woke up when he counted down. But the result was significant: for five years I had no desire for white wine whatsoever. The third time I stayed awake, I noticed my thoughts taking over: “This won't work anyway, why wouldn't I like wine anymore?” My mind resisted, and because of that, it didn't work.

That is precisely the power of unconscious beliefs: they direct your behavior. The real work often lies deeper. But if you learn to understand why you do what you do, you can also change it.
