Did you get off to a flying start with your weight loss package, but are you afraid your motivation will wane after a few days? The "A Nudge in the Right Direction" coach is your secret weapon to finally persevere and truly achieve your goals this time.

What can you expect?

You don't have to lose weight alone. Our coach acts as your accountability partner who knows exactly when you need a pat on the back or an extra push.

• Personal Start: You begin with an extensive intake via WhatsApp or email. You share your current weight and your personal goals.

• Tailored Plan: Based on your data, the coach will create a realistic plan for the next 4 weeks. This way, you know exactly what is achievable and what you are working towards.

• The Monday Check-in: Every Monday, the coach will be at your digital doorstep. We discuss your weight, whether you have drunk enough, and most importantly, what challenges you have encountered. This way, we tackle obstacles before they become problems.

• Exclusive Group Call: You gain access to the monthly group session with none other than the owners. Here you can ask all your questions and learn from the experiences of other members.

Letterbox packages

If you order your package on a weekday before 10 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you order your package during the weekend, it will be delivered on Tuesday.

Parcel

If you order your package on a weekday before 11:30 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you order your package on Saturday before 5 PM, it will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday after 5 PM and on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are € 5.95. In addition to shipments within the Netherlands, we also deliver to Belgium, Germany, France, and Spain. The current shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days, provided the product is unopened.

After receiving and checking the product, we will refund the purchase amount.
