We aim to process your return within 14 days after we have received it.

After receipt of your return, if all return conditions are met, we will refund the amount within 14 days via the same payment method of your purchase. The return costs are for your own account. This means that you pay the costs for sending your return yourself. We advise you to keep your Track & Trace until your return has been processed.
