Very nice package, also neatly delivered. There is a weekly eating schedule that could be better, but you can find plenty of recipes. I have the apple pie flavor shake, it tastes really delicious and it fills well and I also really like the brownie chocolate bars. Top products and definitely recommended to others as well. Bikini body package

Very nice products, good clear plan on how to approach it! A bit limited, because it is only 1 week schedule that you get.
Meal shake takes some getting used to, it also becomes quite thick when you make it. Adding some extra water helps to make it easier to remove.
Overall very satisfied!

Absolutely great except for something small

Hi, the slimming powder is DELICIOUS and tastes like Fernandes there is only one but after drinking this drink I get tingling in my hands and face. Of course, I have tried this several times to really conclude this. There is probably a substance in it that causes this, I am curious if more people have experienced this and what kind of substance this could be.
The energy booster also tastes delicious.
The meal shake tastes good, but the substance to drink is not feasible for me. I don't drink this anymore either. The question is whether I can possibly make pancakes from this?

Tingling is caused by the ingredient beta-alanine. This is normal, but can be experienced unexpectedly. The effect often decreases the more often you use the product.

How annoying that you don't like the Meal Shake. You can also use this for other purposes. You can certainly be creative with this.

Taste is good.

I think the feeding schedule could be a lot more extensive. It is basically a 4 week program but 1 week of nutrition schedule. The schedule also includes the pancakes, but unfortunately these are not included in the package. The flavors of the products are nice (cherry, Apple pie, chocolate brownie). The cup is also nice with a ball, drinks are without lumps.
