Sustainability at Killerbody: Plant-based and environmentally friendly food

Killerbody is a Dutch (sports) nutrition brand with protein-rich, low-sugar products that also taste great (if we do say so ourselves). Killerbody is not only accessible to athletes, but to everyone. We are aware that our business operations have an impact on the environment. That's why we work.

Why Killerbody chooses plant-based proteins

Traditionally, protein-rich foods are often of animal origin. Think of meat, fish, or dairy. Even ready-made products in the supermarket, such as protein powders or protein bars, are often based on milk proteins. Contemporary scientific research shows that plant-based protein sources offer many benefits. They are not only better for humans and animals, but also for the environment.

That's why Killerbody has made it its mission to have a completely plant-based product range by 2027. Did you know we're already well on our way? All Meal Shakes and Slimming Powders are 100% plant-based and suitable for vegans.

Packaging with impact: recyclable and sustainable

In addition to making our production more sustainable, Killerbody is also actively working to make its packaging more sustainable. While our first meal replacements and fat burners were sold in plastic jars, we switched to recyclable bags in 2023. These recyclable bags are our first step towards a sustainable logistics chain that minimizes our environmental impact.

Every order protects nature: our partnership with EarthToday

To compensate for the use of packaging materials, such as the cardboard box we ship your package in, Killerbody is an EarthToday ambassador. For every order, Killerbody purchases square meters of land in a nature reserve to protect the forest, flora, animals, and water sources.
