Senior Operational E-commerce Manager (Killerbody Food & MKBM)

About us

Ten years ago I started with a mission: helping women become the best version of themselves. No empty promises, but products that really work. Today hundreds of thousands of women use our shakes, supplements and skincare from Killerbody Food and MKBM.

And we are far from done. We are growing faster than ever, launching new channels such as TikTok Shop, and now taking our first steps across the border. That is why I am looking for a Senior Operational E-commerce Manager: the linchpin behind the daily operation of our two webshops, and someone who helps build our international breakthrough.

What you will do

• Manage and optimise both Shopify stores: from product pages and bundles to navigation, speed and conversion
• Take our marketplace and feed strategy to a higher level via Channable, so our products appear flawlessly on the right channels
• Keep the whole chain tight: stock, fulfilment, orders, returns and delivery reliability
• Analyse the numbers that matter and turn them into concrete improvements
• Safeguard content, promotions and compliance, so everything is right from price display to product claims
• Work with marketing, customer service and management as the permanent point of contact for operations
• Enable our international rollout: new markets, new channels, new scale

Who I am looking for

• Someone who is passionate about e-commerce, follows the trends and likes to test
• Extremely organised: keeping ten balls in the air at once without dropping one
• Drive like ours: taking ownership, not waiting for instructions and carrying on until it is really good
• Senior experience with Shopify and Channable (or comparable systems) and at home in data and dashboards
• Analytical and hands-on: thinks in strategy, but also fixes a product page themselves
• Affinity with our world: health, fitness, beauty and an understanding of our female target group
• Someone who wants to grow with the company. We grow, you grow with us.
