Junior AI Performance Marketer (Meta & TikTok)

38 hours · Hybrid (2-3 days in office) · €2,500 – €3,200 gross plus bonus 

Are you completely at home with AI tools, social ads, and analyzing content that performs? Do you not only scroll TikTok for fun, but also analyze why certain ads go viral? Then we are looking for you.

For our brands, we are looking for a young, ambitious Junior AI Performance Marketer who, together with our marketing team and external agencies, will build strong advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok. This is not a standard junior position where you just observe — you will be given responsibility from the start, room to test, and to develop yourself rapidly.

What will you do?

You will be jointly responsible for our advertising strategy and daily campaign optimization. You will work closely with content creators, designers, marketers, and external agencies.

Daily activities:

• Building and optimizing campaigns within Meta and TikTok Ads

• Utilizing AI tools to make ads smarter, faster, and better

• Analyzing data from best-performing content and ads

• Identifying trends within social media and advertising

• Requesting social content from content creators

• Setting up A/B tests and processing results

• Contributing ideas for hooks, creatives, and ad formats

• Monitoring performance and adjusting campaigns daily

• Collaborating with marketing agencies and the internal team

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is young, curious, and driven

• Has experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads

• Works extensively with AI tools and is genuinely enthusiastic about them

• Enjoys experimenting and discovering new things

• Finds data interesting and quickly sees connections

• Can work independently but also functions well in a team

• Is both creative and analytical

• Understands why certain content performs well on social media
