Article 1. Killerbody Food B.V., hereinafter “Killerbody”, located at Verrijn Stuartweg 3‑E, 1112 AW Diemen, is responsible for processing data as described in this privacy policy.

Article 2. This privacy policy applies to all personal data processed by Killerbody of anyone who has had (or has) contact with Killerbody, such as visitors, customers, and business contacts. “Killerbody” also includes the following websites and applications:

Article 3. Personal data is any information that can be traced back to you as an individual, such as your name, telephone number, address, or email address—as well as data such as your IP address or Killerbody customer number. Other unique identifiers like your order history or browsing behavior also count as personal data. Special personal data includes data that is particularly sensitive and identifiable, such as your height or weight. Killerbody does not process or store special personal data.

Article 4. We process personal data from anyone who has contact with Killerbody, such as (business) customers and partner contacts. Data is collected directly from you when you visit our website, create an account, sign up for membership, enter a partnership, fill in certain information, or when you contact our customer service. In some cases, we receive your data from others—for example, if someone sends a gift directly to you, we receive your name and address. We may also receive data from third parties, but only if you have given them permission to share it with us.

  • Order processing data: When you place an order, sign up for membership, or enter into a partnership, we need certain data to deliver your order and keep you informed. This includes your name, email address, delivery address(es), payment information, and phone number. We need this data to fulfil the agreement you have with us (or one of our selling partners). By law, we must retain order-related data for 7 years.

  • Account data: In your personal account we store your name; delivery and residential/business addresses; phone number; email; birthdate (if provided); payment data; order history including delivery options; digital items and memberships. We store these as long as you are an active customer. If you have not logged in to your account for 7 years, we delete all your data. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@killerbodyfood.com.

  • Customer service data: Notes from your contact with customer service are retained as long as you are an active customer, to help us assist you more quickly next time.

  • Newsletter: If you consent, we will send you newsletters with offers and news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

  • Personalized ads: If you have consented to cookies, we may show you personalized ads based on your website visits, browsing, and purchase behavior. Cookie retention periods vary. Read our cookie policy for more details.

  • Prize draws and promotions: If you participate, we collect data (e.g., name, address, email) needed to administer the promotion and announce winners, with your consent.

  • Post-payment by Klarna: We support Klarna for deferred payments; Klarna may assess your creditworthiness.

  • Social media: We share results and contests on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. If we share a post featuring your result, we will always ask your permission first and tag you. Killerbody does not access your social media account. Review the privacy policy of social platforms you use to see how your data is handled and how to manage your settings.

  • Logistics partners: Your customer number, order number, email, name, and delivery address are shared with our external logistics provider to process your package correctly.

  • Other external service providers: We engage third parties to support hosting, website maintenance, customer service, marketing, surveys, reviews, payment services, and credit checks. Only necessary data is shared, never sold.

  • Government authorities: We may disclose data to authorities such as tax agencies, police, or supervisory bodies when required—e.g., for fraud investigations.

  • Only at your request: other companies: With your explicit permission, we may share data with commercial partners offering specials for Killerbody customers.

Article 7. Our services are not directed at children. Use of Killerbody by individuals under 16 is permitted only with explicit parental or guardian consent.
