Killerbody Erythritol is a sugar substitute: 100% erythritol (E968), made from corn glucose through fermentation. With 0 kcal and 0 grams of sugar per 100 grams.

Why erythritol?

You keep the sweet taste, without the sugar. Erythritol is about 60 to 70% as sweet as sugar. Consuming foods in which sugar has been replaced by polyols such as erythritol leads to a lower rise in blood glucose levels after eating than the same food containing sugar.

For anyone who wants to use less sugar, in coffee, tea, yoghurt, shakes or when baking.

How do you use it?

Use it like sugar: in cakes, biscuits, pancakes, porridge, quark, coffee or a protein shake. Because it's slightly less sweet, use a little more to taste. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Retouren
