Usage

Use one scoop with the Killerbody Matcha Scoop for one serving of Matcha (approximately 1 gram). Add hot water and whisk with the Killerbody Matcha Whisk until a smooth, frothy drink is formed. Optionally, add milk for a delicious Matcha Latte.

Op het moment dat je jouw bestelling hebt geplaatst, ontvang je per e-mail een orderbevestiging. Zodra wij jouw bestelling hebben verwerkt en verzonden, ontvang jij per e-mail een Track & Trace. Houd deze Track & Trace code in de gaten, zodat je weet wanneer wij jouw bestellingen bezorgen.

Niets is zo belangrijk als de levertijd. Daarom streven wij ernaar om jouw bestelling de volgende werkdag bij je thuis te kunnen bezorgen.

Brievenbuspakketten

Indien je jouw bestelling op een werkdag voor 22.00 uur besteld, wordt het pakket de volgende dag bezorgd. Wanneer je jouw bestelling in het weekend besteld, wordt jouw bestelling op dinsdag bezorgd.

Pakket

Indien je jouw bestelling op een werkdag voor 23.30 uur besteld, wordt het pakket de volgende dag bezorgd. Wanneer je jouw bestelling op zaterdag voor 17.00 uur besteld, wordt jouw bestelling maandag bezorgd. Bestellingen geplaatst op zaterdag na 17.00 uur en op zondag worden op dinsdag bezorgd.

Verzendkosten

De verzendkosten voor bestellingen binnen Nederland bedragen € 5,95. Naast de verzendingen binnen Nederland leveren wij ook in België, Duitsland, Frankrijk en Spanje. De actuele verzendtarieven worden berekend bij het afrekenen.

Retouren

Je kunt je bestelling binnen 14 dagen retourneren, mits het product ongeopend is.

Na ontvangst en controle van het product storten wij het aankoopbedrag terug.
