What is the Killerbody Matcha Whisk?

The Killerbody Matcha Whisk is a handmade bamboo whisk (chasen): the traditional Japanese tool for mixing matcha powder with water.

Why a bamboo whisk?

With its fine bamboo tines you whisk matcha smooth and frothy, without lumps. That's much harder to achieve with a spoon or milk frother.

Who is it for?

For anyone who drinks matcha, for example the Killerbody Ceremonial Grade Matcha.

How do you use the whisk?

Let the whisk soak briefly in warm water. Whisk your matcha with a little hot water in a zigzag motion until froth forms. Then rinse it off and let it dry upright. You'll find it complete with a scoop in the Matcha Accessories Set.
