How does losing weight with shakes work?

You replace breakfast and lunch with a Meal Shake and cook a healthy evening meal yourself. Replacing two of the three main daily meals with meal replacements, as part of an energy-restricted diet, contributes to weight loss. A Meal Shake is a complete meal of about 228 kcal, with 27 grams of protein and about 9.5 grams of fibre. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass. With the 1 kilo bag that gets you through about 8 days.

The Meal Shake and the Slimming Powder contain green tea extract and caffeine. Do not use on a day when you use other products containing green tea. Do not use on an empty stomach. Not for pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children under 18. Do not exceed the daily amount of 800 mg EGCG. Read the warnings on the packaging before use.
