What is KillerMindset?

KillerMindset is Fajah Lourens' book about the mindset behind losing weight and sticking with it. Hardcover, 224 pages, published on 4 January 2024.

Why this book?

After the success of Killerbody Diet, Fajah discovered three groups of people who want to lose weight: you want to lose weight but never start; you do start, but don't stick with it; or you stick with it, but fall back into your old pattern. A diet alone isn't enough then. KillerMindset helps you discover why you don't reach your goals, and gives you the tools to do it differently now. "If you do what you did, you get what you got."

Who is KillerMindset for?

For anyone who keeps starting over, eats emotionally or relapses after a diet. Fajah: "People aren't unhappy because they're overweight, but become overweight because they're unhappy."

How do you use the book?

Read the book at your own pace and do the exercises. Combine it with the Killer Planner to turn your insights into daily steps, or get the bundle.
