Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. Keep an eye on this Track & Trace code so you know when we will deliver your order.
Returns
You can return your product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Upon receipt, if all return conditions are met, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method as your purchase.
