Vitamin C: Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen which is important for blood vessels and contributes to normal collagen formation for normal skin function. Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of normal immune system function during and after strenuous physical exercise and helps reduce fatigue and tiredness.
