Zucchini spaghetti cream cheese

This zucchini pasta is nice on the table and also delicious. You can also make this pasta with a meat substitute, so the pasta is vegetarian and just as tasty.

What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 1 zucchini

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 200 g smoked chicken, or 200 g vegetable chicken pieces (fried)

  • 1 spring onion

  • 1 pack of cream cheese light (Philadelphia light)

  • salt, pepper and herbs of your choice

Preparation

  1. Use a spirooli (grater) to make spaghetti from your zucchini or use a cheese slicer to shave thin slices of the zucchini.

  2. Fry the red onion and garlic in a pan.

  3. Add the smoked chicken and spring onion and fry briefly.

  4. Add the cream cheese and stir gently. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Briefly fry the zucchini spaghetti in another pan.

  6. Serve the zucchini spaghetti with the cream cheese sauce.
