Wraps with avocado and tuna salad

Wrap these keto-friendly wraps in plastic wrap or aluminum foil to keep them fresh and easy to take on the go.

What do you need?

For one person:

  • 1 can of tuna in olive oil (drained)
  • 1 avocado, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 large leaves of Romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce (for the wraps)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: cherry tomatoes, finely chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. Place the drained tuna in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and, if using, the minced garlic. Mix well.
  2. Optional: Add halved cherry tomatoes and chopped parsley for extra flavor and color.
  3. Add the diced avocado and stir gently, making sure not to crush the avocado too much. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Lay the lettuce leaves on a flat surface. Spoon some of the tuna and avocado salad into the center of each leaf. Fold the sides of the leaf inward and then roll it up like a wrap.
