Wrap these keto-friendly wraps in plastic wrap or aluminum foil to keep them fresh and easy to take on the go.
What do you need?
For one person:
- 1 can of tuna in olive oil (drained)
- 1 avocado, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 4 large leaves of Romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce (for the wraps)
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: cherry tomatoes, finely chopped parsley
Preparation
- Place the drained tuna in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and, if using, the minced garlic. Mix well.
- Optional: Add halved cherry tomatoes and chopped parsley for extra flavor and color.
- Add the diced avocado and stir gently, making sure not to crush the avocado too much. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay the lettuce leaves on a flat surface. Spoon some of the tuna and avocado salad into the center of each leaf. Fold the sides of the leaf inward and then roll it up like a wrap.
