Vega broccoli nut burger

What do you need?

For four people:
  • 225 g broccoli (½ head)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
  • 35 g oatmeal
  • 60 g feta (10% fat)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt, pepper and herbs to taste
  • 35 g walnuts
  • also needed: food processor

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Mix all ingredients except the walnuts in the food processor into a coarse mass. Finally, briefly stir the walnuts so that they remain coarsely chopped.
  3. Use your hands to form 4 patties from the broccoli mixture and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the burgers in the oven for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through.
