Salmon and broccoli from the oven

What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 10 g butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 300 g broccoli in florets
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 200 g salmon fillet, cut into pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 g dill finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the broccoli and fry for 5 minutes on low heat. Cut slices of the zucchini with a cheese slicer and fry briefly.
  3. Divide the broccoli mixture and the salmon over the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Beat the eggs with the dill, salt and pepper and pour this over the salmon and broccoli mixture.
  5. Place the oven dish in the oven and bake the dish for 40 minutes.
