Deze maand: patronen doorbreken
Veel vrouwen doen “alles goed” en vallen tóch terug. In deze live sessie leg ik uit:

• waarom het vaak niet lukt (ook als je hard je best doet)

• hoe je patronen doorbreekt die je resultaat saboteren

• hoe onze mindsetprogramma’s werken en hoe je ze inzet in het dagelijks leven

• hoe al onze pakketten precies werken (wat je wanneer doet en waarom)

• ruimte voor vragen (ook persoonlijk)

Volgende maand schuift Dr. Ginny (gynaecoloog) aan om te praten over hormonen en de invloed op gewicht.

Na je aanmelding ontvang je alle info en de link voor de live sessie in je mail.

Letterbox parcels

If you order before 10 PM on a business day, your package will be delivered the next day. If you order over the weekend, your order will be delivered on Tuesday.

Package

If you order before 11:30 PM on a business day, your package will be delivered the next day. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Saturday and on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Postage costs

Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are €5.95. In addition to shipping within the Netherlands, we also deliver to Belgium, Germany, France, and Spain. Current shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
