This dish is delicious and quick to prepare. Taking it to work? Just add the Caesar dressing just before you eat.
What do you need?
For one person:
- 100 g Romaine lettuce, washed and torn into pieces
- 150 g grilled chicken fillet, sliced
- 15 g Parmesan cheese, shaved or grated
- 20 g Caesar dressing (about 1.5 tbsp)
Preparation
- Rinse the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water and drain. Tear or cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Drizzle the chicken breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken breast for about 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Let the chicken cool slightly and then slice thinly.
- Shave or grate the Parmesan cheese. You can use a vegetable peeler to make thin slices.
- Add the grilled chicken breast to the salad bowl with the romaine lettuce. Add the shaved or grated Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing. Mix well.
