Caesar salad

This dish is delicious and quick to prepare. Taking it to work? Just add the Caesar dressing just before you eat.

What do you need?

For one person:

  • 100 g Romaine lettuce, washed and torn into pieces
  • 150 g grilled chicken fillet, sliced
  • 15 g Parmesan cheese, shaved or grated
  • 20 g Caesar dressing (about 1.5 tbsp)

Preparation

  1. Rinse the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water and drain. Tear or cut the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Drizzle the chicken breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken breast for about 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Let the chicken cool slightly and then slice thinly.
  3. Shave or grate the Parmesan cheese. You can use a vegetable peeler to make thin slices.
  4. Add the grilled chicken breast to the salad bowl with the romaine lettuce. Add the shaved or grated Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing. Mix well.
