Coconut balls

A delicious tropical snack. The coconut balls are very tasty and also easy to make.

What do you need?

For approximately 16 balls:
  • 100 g coconut oil (extra virgin)

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • pinch of coarse sea salt

  • 150 g cashew nuts (unsalted)

  • 130 g grated coconut (note: keep 30 g of this aside to roll the chocolates in)

  • 30g Killerbody Protein Shake

  • also needed: food processor

Preparation

  1. Mix coconut oil, honey, vanilla and salt in the food processor until smooth. Add the cashew nuts and mix coarsely, so that there are still bits of nuts in the mixture. Add 100 grams of coconut grater and the Killerbody protein shake and mix well.

  2. Make balls from the mixture and roll them in the remaining coconut grater.

  3. Place them in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours to firm up.

  4. Serve the balls straight from the refrigerator.
