Lasagna

What do you need?

For two persons:
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 150 g vegetarian minced meat
  • ½ can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • salt, pepper and herbs to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g green lasagna sheets
  • 2 balls of light mozzarella, sliced

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut the zucchini into thin slices and the pepper into strips. Heat a grill pan with a little olive oil and grill the zucchini and pepper.
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until it is cooked and loose. Add the tomato cubes and herbs and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  4. Grease an oven dish with some olive oil. Build the lasagna layer by layer: start with the tomato sauce, then the grilled vegetables and then the lasagna sheets. Repeat this and finally place slices of mozzarella on the lasagna.
  5. Let the lasagna cook in the hot oven for 35-40 minutes.
