A true classic! For extra flavor, add some capers, dill, or cherry tomatoes to the salad.
What do you need?
For one person:
- 75 g fresh spinach
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Rinse the spinach thoroughly under cold water and let it drain. Pat dry with paper towels if necessary.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and cut into cubes or thin slices.
- Peel the red onion and cut it into thin rings or half rings.
- Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices or pieces.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and lemon juice. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until the ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
