Inner Child Healing: Break the cycle of emotional eating & childhood patterns

Do you ever wonder why you always fall back into the same unhealthy habits, no matter how hard you try? Often, the cause isn't a lack of discipline, but rather something rooted in your past. In the Inner Child Healing program, we go back to the core: your inner child, your upbringing, and the emotional baggage you still unconsciously carry.

Heal to truly be free

This program is for those who dare to look at what's truly beneath the surface. We explore how your relationship with food was formed in your early years and what traumas or attachment styles are still blocking you now.

What will you do in 14 transformative lessons? This is an active process of recovery and insight. Each block includes:

• In-depth Assignments & Reflection Questions: Map out your family constellations and early conditionings.

• Accompanying Videos by Fajah Lourens: Fajah guides you through the theory and shares her own insights.

• Guided Meditations: Specially recorded by Fajah to connect with your inner child and soothe old pain.

Your safe haven: The coach

Inner work can be intense. Precisely because themes like trauma and attachment are addressed, we won't let you do this alone. The coach provides the structure and support needed to successfully (and safely) complete this 6-week process.

Your 12-week Support System:

1. Weekly Check-in on Monday: Your coach will proactively reach out to you. We'll check if you've been able to do the lessons and meditations and how you're feeling emotionally. The coach can see from the backend if you're progressing through the blocks, ensuring you don't get stuck or drop out.

2. Two Moments per Week: Have you just completed a difficult lesson or has an old memory resurfaced? In addition to Monday, you have an extra moment during the week to reach out for support.

3. Online Group & Live Call: Connect with Fajah and fellow participants in the online group and ask your questions during the monthly live group call.

The moment you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive a Track & Trace by email. Keep an eye on this Track & Trace code so you know when we will deliver your orders.

Nothing is as important as delivery time. That's why we strive to deliver your order to your home the next working day.

Letterbox packages

If you order your package on a weekday before 10 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you order your package during the weekend, it will be delivered on Tuesday.

Parcel

If you order your package on a weekday before 11:30 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you order your package on Saturday before 5 PM, it will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday after 5 PM and on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are € 5.95. In addition to shipments within the Netherlands, we also deliver to Belgium, Germany, France, and Spain. The current shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days, provided the product is unopened.

After receiving and checking the product, we will refund the purchase amount.
