What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 4 slices of sourdough bread
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 4 tbsp hummus

Preparation

  1. The preparation is self-explanatory. An easy and quick to prepare lunch dish. Also nice to add extra toppings, such as tomato, lettuce, sprouts and so on.
Tip: Whole wheat sourdough bread contains fewer calories than regular whole wheat bread (approx. 30 kcal per 100 grams). No sourdough? Then check the nutritional value of your bread.
