Kale stew with smoked chicken

What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 500 g floury potatoes
  • 300 g chopped kale
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
  • 150 g smoked chicken fillet, in cubes
  • salt, pepper and herbs to taste

Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Boil the potatoes and kale in a pan with plenty of salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain the vegetables.
  2. Mash the potatoes and kale together and add the milk little by little while mashing. Add the cubes of smoked chicken fillet. Season the stew with salt and pepper and heat through.
