What do you need?
For two persons:- 150 g tempeh
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 tbsp ketjap
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- juice of ½ lime
- oil
- 4 lettuce leaves
Preparation
- Cut the tempeh into slices. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and finely chop the flesh (be careful with your eyes!).
- Make a marinade in a bowl from the soy sauce, sesame oil and olive oil, the lime juice and the chili pepper. Mix the tempeh slices with the marinade and place them in the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour.
- Heat the oil in a wok and fry the tempeh for a few minutes at a high temperature. Fill the lettuce boats with the tempeh
