What do you need?
For two persons:
- 2 large (pointed) cabbage leaves
- 1 apple
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 150 g cooked shrimp
- salt, pepper and herbs to taste
- optional: garden cress to garnish
Preparation
- Blanch the cabbage leaves briefly (about 1 minute) in boiling water. Then cool them in ice water and pat dry.
- Peel the apple and cut it into pieces.
- Place the cabbage leaves on the work surface and spoon the cottage cheese, shrimp and apple pieces on top.
- Season the filling with salt and pepper and garnish with some garden cress if desired.
