Stuffed Cabbage Leaves

What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 2 large (pointed) cabbage leaves
  • 1 apple
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 150 g cooked shrimp
  • salt, pepper and herbs to taste
  • optional: cress to garnish

Preparation

  1. Blanch the cabbage leaves very briefly (about 1 minute) in boiling water. Then let them cool in ice water and then pat them dry.
  2. Peel the apple and cut it into pieces.
  3. Place the cabbage leaves on the work surface and spoon the cottage cheese, shrimp and apple pieces on top.
  4. Season the filling with salt and pepper and garnish with some cress if desired.
