Stuffed Cabbage Leaves

What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 2 large (pointed) cabbage leaves
  • 1 apple
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 150 g cooked shrimp
  • salt, pepper and herbs to taste
  • optional: garden cress to garnish

Preparation

  1. Blanch the cabbage leaves briefly (about 1 minute) in boiling water. Then cool them in ice water and pat dry.
  2. Peel the apple and cut it into pieces.
  3. Place the cabbage leaves on the work surface and spoon the cottage cheese, shrimp and apple pieces on top.
  4. Season the filling with salt and pepper and garnish with some garden cress if desired.
