Tomato with mozzarella

What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 200 g mozzarella light (in small balls)
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • fresh basil
  • Also needed: cocktail sticks


  1. Place the mozzarella and tomatoes alternately on the cocktail sticks, with an occasional basil leaf in between.

Tip: Served on skewers, this dish makes a nice snack. You can also simply mix the ingredients in a bowl.
