What do you need?
For two persons:
- 200 g mozzarella light (in small balls)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- fresh basil
- Also needed: cocktail sticks
Preparation
- Place the mozzarella and tomatoes alternately on the cocktail sticks, with an occasional basil leaf in between.
Tip: Served on skewers, this dish makes a nice snack. You can also simply mix the ingredients in a bowl.
