What do you need?

For two persons:
  • 2 whole wheat wraps
  • 4 tbsp cottage cheese
  • 150 smoked salmon, sliced
  • ½ avocado, in pieces
  • optional: cress, for garnish


  1. Prepare the whole wheat wraps according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Top the wraps with the ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and herbs to taste if necessary.
