What do you need for this zucchini pasta with cream cheese?
For two persons:

1 zucchini

1 red onion

1 clove of garlic

200 g smoked chicken, or 200 g plant-based chicken pieces (fried)

1 spring onion

1 package of light cream cheese (Philadelphia Light)

salt, pepper and herbs of your choice
Preparation of this delicious (vegetarian) pasta

Use a spirooli (grater) to make spaghetti from your zucchini or shave thin slices of zucchini with a cheese slicer.

Fry the red onion and garlic in a pan.

Add the smoked chicken and spring onion and fry briefly.

Add the cream cheese and stir gently. Season with salt and pepper.

In another pan, briefly fry the zucchini spaghetti.
