This is not a light program. This is for women who are ready to train 5 days a week and want to see real results.
The Goal of This Plan

The Program (8 weeks)
You train Monday through Friday and work in two phases:
Week 1 to 4
- Training in a circuit of 3 muscle groups consecutively
- High intensity → increased fat burning
- Full body activation
Week 5 to 8
- 5 days of strength training plus HIIT
- 3 rounds per muscle group for maximum muscle building and shaping

Letterbox packages
If you order your package on a weekday before 10 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you order your package during the weekend, it will be delivered on Tuesday.
Parcel
If you order your package on a weekday before 11:30 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you order your package on Saturday before 5 PM, it will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday after 5 PM and on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are € 5.95. In addition to shipments within the Netherlands, we also deliver to Belgium, Germany, France, and Spain. The current shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days, provided the product is unopened.
After receiving and checking the product, we will refund the purchase amount.
