8-Week Killerbody Challenge
We are starting a new group on September 1st.
This is not a standard program. This is an 8-week challenge where you work with others towards one goal:
a firmer, stronger, and leaner body.
What does the challenge involve?
For 8 weeks, you follow a combination of:
- Intensive strength training (5 days a week)
- HIIT and cardio
- A hormone-proof nutrition plan
- Focus on fat loss while maintaining muscle mass
You work according to a clear structure, divided into 2 phases

The program (8 weeks)
You train 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) and work in two phases:
Week 1 to 4

Training in a circuit of 3 muscle groups consecutively

High fat burning + muscle activation
Week 5 to 8

1 day HIIT/cardio

3 days strength training

3 rounds per muscle group for maximum muscle building and shaping
This program is intensive and suitable for people with access to a gym who truly want results.

It is an intensive program. Beginners can follow it, but must be willing to persevere and learn the technique well.
Do I have to train every day?
You train 5 days a week. You rest on the weekend, allowing your body to recover.
Can I lose weight without the training program?
Yes, you can lose weight with diet alone. But for the best results (firmer body and muscle preservation), the combination is essential.
What if I'm hungry?
You can always choose extra vegetables, cucumber, or a vegan protein shake with water.
Do I need to use supplements?
Only matcha is recommended daily. And the Killerbody vegan shake for extra protein.

Letterbox packages
If you order your package on a weekday before 10 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you order your package during the weekend, it will be delivered on Tuesday.
Parcel
If you order your package on a weekday before 11:30 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you order your package on Saturday before 5 PM, it will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday after 5 PM and on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are € 5.95. In addition to shipments within the Netherlands, we also deliver to Belgium, Germany, France, and Spain. The current shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days, provided the product is unopened.
After receiving and checking the product, we will refund the purchase amount.

Een pittige maar hele leuke challenge! Door hieraan mee te doen heb ik mezelf weer op nr 1 gezet 🙏.
Zowel voeding als training in 2 x 4 weken opgesplitst waardoor het overzichtelijk was en goed vol te houden!
Dit is voor het eerst dat ik een challenge makkelijk en goed heb kunnen volgen. De gerechten zijn heerlijk en makkelijk te volgen. Vooral de indeling in 2 blokken van 4 weken passen goed. De trainingen zijn pittig maar goed te doen. Ik kijk uit naar het resultaat aan het eind! 🤩
