Tuna salad

Delicious on a sandwich or cracker. This light tuna salad is easy to put together and has a low fat content.

What do you need?

For a person:
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes

  • 1 handful of radishes

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 150 g lettuce, of your choice

  • 100 g cooked green beans

  • 10-15 black olives

  • 1 can of tuna

  • salt, pepper and herbs to taste


  1. Cut the tomato, radish and cucumber into small pieces and mix them with the lettuce.

  2. Garnish with the beans and olives.

  3. Add the tuna and season with salt and pepper.
