For Women: Hormonal Expertise We understand that a woman's body is not a straight line. Your plan takes into account:

• The Menstrual Cycle: We adjust your training intensity to your cycle. Need less power or more rest? Your coach will immediately adjust your schedule.

• Menopause (Peri- and Postmenopause): Are you experiencing a change in fat distribution or muscle loss? We optimize your nutrition and strength training to boost your metabolism.

For Men: Strength & Condition We also create a plan for men (or partners) that is precise to the gram and repetition:

• Muscle Mass & Cutting: Targeted advice based on your calorie needs to maximize results.

• Efficient Training: A schedule that fits your busy agenda, whether you're at the gym or training at home.

Everything you need for success in one place. Your coach manages your dashboard from the backend and ensures your plan is always up-to-date:

• Custom Nutrition Plan: Precisely calculated calories and macros based on your goal (weight loss, muscle mass, or maintenance).

• Personalized Training Schedule: Whether you train 2 or 5 times a week, your schedule is always effective and challenging.

• Data Monitoring: The coach sees your logs and workouts. We not only measure weight but also energy, sleep, and how you feel.

The Power of the Coach: Daily Availability

This is the highest form of support. You don't have to wait until Monday if you have a question now.

• Direct Contact (Daily): Do you have a question about an exercise, an ingredient, or a dip in your motivation? Via the chat in the app, you have a direct line to your coach every day.

• Monday Check-in: A fixed time to evaluate the week. How were the workouts? How was your energy? We adjust for the coming week.

• Accountability: The coach sees if you're checking off your workouts. If we see you've been quiet for a few days, we'll reach out. We won't let you slack off.

Nothing is as important as delivery time. That's why we strive to deliver your order to your home the next working day.

Letterbox packages

If you order your package on a weekday before 10 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you order your package during the weekend, it will be delivered on Tuesday.

Parcel

If you order your package on a weekday before 11:30 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you order your package on Saturday before 5 PM, it will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday after 5 PM and on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are € 5.95. In addition to shipments within the Netherlands, we also deliver to Belgium, Germany, France, and Spain. The current shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days, provided the product is unopened.

After receiving and checking the product, we will refund the purchase amount.
