How does the program work?
You work with a fixed structure. You fast according to IF, then eat your first meal (protein-rich and high in fats), and you replace your midday meal with a Killerbody Mealshake. Additionally, you use a Killerbody protein bar daily for a protein moment and conclude with a protein-rich evening meal. This results in fewer eating moments, more satiety, and a routine that is easy to maintain.

Er is eerlijk waar geen betere (proteïne) reep te verkrijgen. Het is én lekker én vult én laag in calorieën, vetten en suikers. Ideaal voor op werk en als ik onderweg ben dan neem ik er altijd eentje mee.
Omdat ik een kilo of 5 wil afvallen besloot ik om de maaltijdshakes te proberen.
De smaak, apple pie smaakt ook echt naar appeltaart. En fijn dat het lactosevrij is.
Super lekkere proteïne repen. Weinig calorieën, weinig suiker, hoge eiwitten en zijn super lekker.
Heerlijke reep en vult ook erg goed.
Ik was eerst erg sceptisch over het gebruik van maaltijdshakes, totdat het punt kwam dat er echt iets moest veranderen aan mijn gewicht en ik toch overstag ven gegaan. Ik heb random gekozen voor de maaltijdsalades van Killerbody en ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat ik veel minder cravings heb, dan wanneer ik normaal eet. Het is goed vol te houden. Wel heb ik mijn eigen cocktail gemaakt, want op de normale wijze van klaarmaken is het niet echt lekker. (Maar dat is erg persoonlijk). Ik maak ze met koffie en crushed ijs en dan vind ik ze zelfs lekker. Zeker met dit warme weer. Ik kan het zeker aanraden 👍

Should I do Intermittent Fasting (IF)?
IF is an important part of the plan because it provides structure and limits the number of eating moments. You choose a fixed rhythm that suits you (for example, 14–16 hours of fasting) and gradually build it up. The e-book explains exactly how to practically apply this.
How do I adjust IF to my cycle (or if I don't have a cycle)?
The e-book contains clear guidelines for each phase of your cycle (milder fasting during the luteal phase/menstruation and longer fasting during the follicular phase if that feels right). If you do not have a cycle (e.g., postmenopause or irregular), you follow a fixed base of 14–16 hours and scale up or down based on energy, sleep, and recovery.
What if I don't like certain proteins or can't eat eggs?
You can always swap proteins 1-to-1: 150g chicken can be replaced with 150g meat, 150g fish, or 150g shrimp (and vice versa). For egg allergy: 1 egg = 30g cottage cheese
