Use and dosage

Follow three steps to prepare the Killerbody Meal Shake:

Choose your Killerbody Meal Shake: Cookies & Cream, Apple Pie, Banana Bread or Vanilla
Mix 30 or 60 grams of the Killerbody Meal Shake with 200 or 350 ml of water in the Killerbody Shaker
Shake the Killerbody Shaker and you're done

The maximum intake of this meal replacement is two servings. Excessive use may have a laxative effect. 1 scoop = +/- 30 grams.

Contents: 2 x 1000 grams. 33 servings per package when used as a snack. 16 servings per package when used as a meal replacement.

This product should only be used as a meal replacement during a low-energy diet. Supplemental nutrition and sufficient water intake are essential.

Letterbox packages

Omdat ik een kilo of 5 wil afvallen besloot ik om de maaltijdshakes te proberen.
De smaak, apple pie smaakt ook echt naar appeltaart. En fijn dat het lactosevrij is.

Mealshakes zijn top

Ik was eerst erg sceptisch over het gebruik van maaltijdshakes, totdat het punt kwam dat er echt iets moest veranderen aan mijn gewicht en ik toch overstag ven gegaan. Ik heb random gekozen voor de maaltijdsalades van Killerbody en ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat ik veel minder cravings heb, dan wanneer ik normaal eet. Het is goed vol te houden. Wel heb ik mijn eigen cocktail gemaakt, want op de normale wijze van klaarmaken is het niet echt lekker. (Maar dat is erg persoonlijk). Ik maak ze met koffie en crushed ijs en dan vind ik ze zelfs lekker. Zeker met dit warme weer. Ik kan het zeker aanraden 👍

Meal shake banana bread

Erg tevreden over de Meal Shake Banana Bread. Lekker van smaak, goed vullend en perfect voor drukke dagen. De smaak is verrassend lekker en doet echt denken aan vers banana bread.

Lekkere shakes

Ik vind de banana bread erg lekker en het geeft voor lange tijd een “vol” gevoel. Een aanrader.

Lekkere mealshakes

Helemaal fan! We gebruiken al ongeveer 2 jaar de mealshakes van Killerbody. Vooral cookie&cream en vanille vinden wij het lekkerst. De sluitingen van de zakken zijn verbeterd, waardoor het nu makkelijk is om ze goed te kunnen sluiten.
Lekker, gezonde en makkelijke maaltijden of te gebruiken als aanvulling.

Superlekker en voedzaam!

Was altijd al een fan van de cookies and cream. Vorige week was deze niet in stock en daarom maar Apple pie en banana bread besteld. Omg ik had niet verwacht dat die Apple Pie zo lekker zou zijn!! Het proeft gewoon echt naar lekkere appeltaart! Om de eiwitten te verhogen doe ik meestal ook 1 scoop eiwitten banaan, ook van KB erbij. Wel 30 sec in de blender! Dan gaat het prima samen. Met handje bevroren fruit en/of ijsblokjes. Heeeeeeerlijkkkk!!!

Tip om klontjes te voorkomen: gebruik een blender (zoals nutribullit) beetje water in je blender, dan de poeder(s), dan het ijs/bevroren fruit, nog een wat water, even schudden. Blenden maar! Minimaal 20-30 seconden
