    Letterbox packages

    If you order your package on a weekday before 10 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you order your package during the weekend, it will be delivered on Tuesday.

    Parcel

    If you order your package on a weekday before 11:30 PM, it will be delivered the next day. If you order your package on Saturday before 5 PM, it will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday after 5 PM and on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

    Shipping costs

    Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are €5.95. In addition to shipping within the Netherlands, we also deliver to Belgium, Germany, France, and Spain. The current shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

    You can return your order within 14 days, provided the product is unopened.

    Proteins:Proteins contribute to muscle growth and support rapid muscle recovery after training/sports. Proteins also contribute to the maintenance of strong bones.

    Your daily protein requirement depends on your body weight. For athletes, this is 1.6 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. For non-athletes, this is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day.

    Vitamins and minerals:Riboflavin (vitamin B2) contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

    Creatine:With a daily intake of 3 g of creatine, creatine increases physical performance in successive series of short, high-intensity exercises and creatine stimulates muscle growth/(fat-free) muscle mass during explosive strength efforts.

    Caffeine:Caffeine helps increase alertness and improve concentration with at least 75 mg of caffeine per serving*. Caffeine contributes to increased endurance performance with a dosage of 3 mg/kg weight 1 hour before training*.

    Vitamin C:Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen, which is important for healthy blood vessels, and contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal functioning of the skin. Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after strenuous physical exercise and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
