Shipping policy

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as we’ve processed and shipped your order, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code via email. Keep an eye on this code so you know when your order will be delivered.

Nothing is more important than fast delivery. That’s why we aim to deliver your order to your home the next working day.

Mailbox Packages

If you place your order on a working day before 10:00 PM, it will be delivered the next day.
If you order during the weekend, your order will be delivered on Tuesday.

Standard Packages

If you place your order on a working day before 11:30 PM, it will be delivered the next day.
If you order on Saturday before 5:00 PM, your order will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Saturday and on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €5.95.
In addition to shipping within the Netherlands, we also deliver to Belgium, Germany, France, and Spain.
The applicable shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
