The preparation of this pancake mix
Our Protein Pancakes can be prepared in just five simple steps. The preparation below is for 1 serving:
- Mix 75 grams of pancake mix, 175 ml of plant-based or low-fat milk, and 1 medium egg (50 grams) in a bowl with a whisk
- Let the pancake mix rest for two minutes
- Meanwhile, heat a knob of (plant-based) butter in a frying pan over medium heat
- Pour half of the pancake mix into the pan and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until the pancake is golden brown
- Repeat the last step with the remaining half of the pancake mix
