What do you need?
For two persons:
- 50 g fresh spinach
- 250 g cod fillet
- 2 tsp smoked paprika powder
- ½ pepper
- 50 g cherry tomatoes sprig of rosemary
- 2 tsp dill
- ½ lemon, sliced
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place two sheets of baking paper on the work surface and divide the spinach over it.
- Sprinkle the cod with the paprika powder and place the fish on the spinach.
- Cut the pepper into strips and the cherry tomatoes into pieces if necessary. Divide the peppers and tomatoes over the fish. Place the rosemary and dill on top and finally place the lemon slices on the fish. Now fold the sheets of baking paper well into parcels (they must be completely closed). Place them on a baking tray and braise the fish in the oven for about 15 minutes.
