The irresistible combination of walnuts and banana make these muffins a favorite. Easy to make and handy to have on hand.
What do you need?
For six muffins:
- 80 g carrots
- 1 banana
- 40 g walnuts
- 1 egg
- 50 g pitted dates
- 35g Killerbody Protein Shake
- 35 g oatmeal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- also needed: silicone muffin tin
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grate the carrot, cut the banana into slices and chop the walnuts into coarse pieces. Mix this with the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Divide the batter among silicone muffin cups. Bake the muffins in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.
