Banana carrot muffins

The irresistible combination of walnuts and banana make these muffins a favorite. Easy to make and handy to have on hand.

What do you need?

For six muffins:

  • 80 g carrots
  • 1 banana
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g pitted dates
  • 35g Killerbody Protein Shake
  • 35 g oatmeal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • also needed: silicone muffin tin


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Grate the carrot, cut the banana into slices and chop the walnuts into coarse pieces. Mix this with the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  3. Divide the batter among silicone muffin cups. Bake the muffins in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.
Tip: These muffins are also handy to take with you.
