Banana muffin

A delicious banana muffin as a snack. Easy to make and convenient to take with you.

What do you need?

For six muffins:
  • 3 egg whites (or 90 g liquid egg whites)
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g oatmeal
  • 30g Killerbody Protein Shake
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp low-fat cottage cheese
  • also needed: muffin tin


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter.

  3. Pour the batter into the (silicone) muffin tins.

  4. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
