At Killerbody , we understand that making something delicious takes minimal time. That's why we're sharing the recipe for our delicious banana bread. This light, airy bread is not only delicious but also low in fat. Enjoy!

What do you need for this banana bread?

For one cake tin (approx. 10 slices):
  • 3 bananas

  • 250 g low-fat quark

  • 100 g oatmeal

  • 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites or 60 g liquid egg white

  • 80 g Killerbody Protein Shake

  • 2 drops of stevia

  • 2 tsp cinnamon (or more)

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • optional: butter, for greasing

  • also needed: blender or food processor and cake tin

Preparing the banana bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

  3. If you are not using a silicone mold, grease the cake tin.

  4. Pour the batter into the tin and bake in the hot oven for about 30 minutes.

  5. Let the cake cool on a wire rack and then turn it out of the pan and onto a flat serving dish.

    Note: If you use a silicone baking pan, you don't need to grease it. Plus, your cake will come out easily.
