bananabread

This wonderfully light banana bread is tasty and low in fat. It takes very little time to make and everyone will enjoy it!

What do you need?

For one cake tin (approx. 10 slices):
  • 3 bananas

  • 250 g low-fat cottage cheese

  • 100 g oatmeal

  • 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites or 60 g liquid egg white

  • 80g Killerbody Protein Shake

  • 2 drops of stevia

  • 2 tsp cinnamon (or more)

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • optional: butter, for greasing

  • Also needed: blender or food processor and cake tin

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

  3. Grease the cake tin if you are not using a silicone mould.

  4. Pour the batter into the mold and bake in the hot oven for about 30 minutes.

  5. Let the cake cool on a rack and then turn it out of the tin and onto a flat dish.

    Note: If you use a silicone baking mold, you do not need to grease the mold. Moreover, your cake comes out of the mold easily.
