Blueberry muffin

These delicious blueberry muffins are super easy to make. You start your day well if you start with these healthy muffins. The muffins contain little fat and also look very tasty. Everyone who sees them will definitely want to try one of yours.

What do you need?

For eight muffins:

  • 60 g oatmeal

  • 40 g cottage cheese

  • 4 egg whites (120 g liquid egg white)

  • 60g Killerbody Protein Shake

  • 100 ml almond milk

  • 120 g blueberries

  • also needed: silicone muffin tin

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.

  2. Mix all ingredients, except the blueberries, into a smooth batter.

  3. Stir the blueberries into the batter.

  4. Pour the batter into silicone muffin cups.

  5. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
