What do you need to prepare chicken with sweet potato?
For two persons:

300 g chicken thigh

600 g sweet potatoes, peeled

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

2 large tomatoes, diced

20 g bouillon powder (preferably organic)

2 tbsp (sweet) ketjap
Preparation of this delicious chicken with sweet potato

Preheat the oven to 210°C (400°F). Season the chicken thighs on both sides with salt and pepper. Cut the sweet potatoes into 2-cm cubes.

In a large baking dish, toss the chicken, sweet potatoes, onion, tomato, and garlic together thoroughly. Season with bouillon powder, soy sauce, and a little salt and pepper. Spread evenly in the dish.

Place the baking dish in the middle of the oven and roast the chicken for about 35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Divide the chicken and roasted vegetables over two deep plates.
