Cake is always delicious, but especially a chocolate cake. However, they are often not as healthy... This protein-packed variant is just as tasty, but a lot more responsible. Lets eat!
What do you need?
For one cake tin (approximately ten points):-
150 g brown beans (can)

120 g protein

1 banana

300 g Danone cottage cheese

3-6 tbsp cocoa to taste

85 g dates (pitted)

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp cinnamon
-
2 tsp vanilla powder
-
pinch of coarse sea salt
-
100 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids)

also needed: food processor, springform pan (24 cm diameter)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix all ingredients, except the chocolate, in a food processor until smooth. Pour the batter into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Break or chop the chocolate into small pieces and spread over the batter.

Place the tin in the hot oven and bake the cake for about 40 minutes.

Garnish it with cocoa or fresh fruit of your choice.
