Egg muffin

These delightful egg muffins are super easy to make and also look beautiful. They are filled with delicious vegetables.

What do you need? 

For six pieces:

  • 30 g spinach

  • 50 g mushrooms

  • 1 onion

  • 6 eggs

  • few leaves of basil, finely chopped

  • pepper, salt, and herbs to taste

  • also needed: silicone muffin mold


  1. Preheat the oven to 185 °C (365 °F).

  2. Chop the spinach, onion, and mushrooms into small pieces.

  3. Whisk the eggs. Add pepper and salt to the eggs and mix well. Then add the spinach, mushrooms, and basil, and mix again.

  4. Season with pepper, salt, and herbs.

  5. Pour the egg mixture into silicone muffin molds. Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes in the hot oven until the top is set.
