A protein-rich snack, easy to make and also easier to take with you.
What do you need?
For two persons:Wrap:
- 4 egg whites
- 70 ml almond milk
- 110 g protein powder (flavorless)
- 1 knob of butter
Filling:
- 30 g strawberries
- 2-4 leaves of mint
- 1 organic lime
- 1 organic orange
- 40 g cottage cheese
- 20 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids)
- 20 g blueberries
- 10 g coconut chips
- 6 g almond shavings
- 8 g chia seeds
- 6 g cocoa
- 4 g honey
Preparation

Mix the ingredients for the wrap except the butter into a smooth batter. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and fry half the batter into a wrap for about 1 minute per side. Bake another wrap with the rest of the batter in the same way.

For the filling, cut the strawberries into pieces. Finely chop the mint and grate half the zest of the lime and orange with a fine zester or kitchen grater. Also grate the chocolate.

Open the wraps and start with the cottage cheese. Make a well-spaced stripe down the center of each wrap. Place half of the strawberries and blueberries on top. Divide everything evenly over the cottage cheese so that the wraps close properly.

Divide the coconut chips, almond shavings and chia seeds, chocolate and cocoa over the fruit. Finish it off with the honey, mint and the zest of the lime and orange.
