What do you need?
For two persons:
- 1 knob of butter
- 2 eggs
- 6 egg whites (or 180g liquid egg whites)
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 50g chicken breast (cold cuts), sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Salt, pepper, and spices to taste
Preparation
- Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the eggs until they are set.
- Top the slices of bread with the chicken breast.
- Place half of the fried eggs on top.
- Layer the tomato slices over the eggs and season with salt, pepper, and/or spices.
