Fried egg with chicken and tomato

What do you need?

For two persons:

  • 1 knob of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 egg whites (or 180g liquid egg whites)
  • 4 slices of sourdough bread
  • 50g chicken breast (cold cuts), sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Salt, pepper, and spices to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the eggs until they are set.
  2. Top the slices of bread with the chicken breast.
  3. Place half of the fried eggs on top.
  4. Layer the tomato slices over the eggs and season with salt, pepper, and/or spices.
